FORT MYERS, Fla. An activist is expected bring soil samples from toxic sludge site containing arsenic in Dunbar to a city council meeting Monday.
Council members will also be discussing the possibility for a location for a new Fort Myers Police Department substation on 3585 Fowler St.
The meeting will take place at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall on 2200 Second St.
