CAPE CORAL, Fla. A 9-year-old boy has gone missing, Cape Coral police said.
Jeremias Lopez-Domingo was last seen around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday by his soccer coach at the Cape Coral Sports Complex on 1510 Sports Blvd, according to police. The boy went to the restroom during a break in practice and never returned.
Police are actively investigating the case, Sgt. Brian Hite said.
Jeremias is approximately 5-foot-4 and 110 lbs with black hair and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen wearing a neon green-and-yellow soccer jersey with the No. 12 on the back, black shorts, and black soccer cleats with orange heels.
He speaks only Spanish and has no known relatives in the area, police said.
