FORT MYERS, Fla. A high-ranking SalusCare executive received 60 months of felony probation after pleading guilty to solicitation of a minor, a court spokeswoman said.

Timothy Parham, 56, was accused of having sex with a 17-year-old male Fort Myers High School student, according to a court affidavit. Parham admitted having sex with the student but told police he believed the student was 22 years old, the affidavit said.

On top of his probation, Parham must have no unsupervised conduct with minor children, must attend and complete sexual offender counseling, and must register as a sex offender, 20th Judicial Circuit spokeswoman Sara Miles said.

The nonprofit substance abuse center suspended Parham, its chief information officer, after his arrest in April. His employment status in the wake of his guilty plea isn’t immediately clear.
