FORT MYERS, Fla.- Babcock Ranch developer Syd Kitson recently approached Lee County with an offer to donate 350 acres of land to create a baseball complex. The county is looking into developing at least 35 fields off State Road 31 and North River Road and using the complex to attract more amateur baseball events. .
