FORT MYERS, Fla. A 12-year-old girl is about to be recognized this weekend for making a major impact on her community.
Autumn Pepper Rhodes started the No Bare Feet Project, which has donated more than 2,000 pair of shoes since 2014 to organizations like the Children’s Home Society.
Rhodes will receive the President’s Volunteer Service Award on Sunday from the Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida.
