FORT MYERS, Fla. At least one person was hospitalized following a head-on crash on McGregor Boulevard near State Road 867, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.
Both lanes of McGregor are shut down between Donna Drive and La Faunce Way, deputies said.
The person who was transported has minor injuries.
