CAPE CORAL, Fla.- A 33-year-old man is facing charges for driving under the influence and discharging a firearm while driving, Cape Coral police said. Sunday evening, witnesses say they saw Christopher Benetatos point a firearm out the window of his moving vehicle and shoot a round off into the air near Cape Coral Parkway and Chiquita Boulevard.
